Bride Loses 120 Pounds Before Wedding To Surprise Groom

Losing weight is never easy, and shedding over 120 pounds requires a lot of dedication and effort. That’s what Bridie Ritchie did before her wedding day to surprise her groom. But the question is: how did she do it?

The Bride To Be

As soon as Bridie Ritchie got engaged to the love of her life, she began planning how her big day would be. The 21-year-old Australian woman was also struggling with a food addiction at the time.

Photo: Guardian Marketing Club

Because of her love of sugar and junk food, Bridie weighed almost 300 pounds. When it was time to pick out a wedding dress, she realized how serious her problem was: no dress could fit her.

Frustration

Bridie became frustrated when she realized how big she had gotten. At size 24, she could not find a wedding dress. This was supposed to be the happiest day of her life, but she could not enjoy it without the perfect dress.

She knew she had to start working out and eating healthy, but she had no idea where to start. She tried a few diets, but she could not stick to them. Not only that, but they were too expensive for her to keep up with.

Bad Food Choices

This was the moment when she realized she needed to make a change. As a hairdresser, Bridie was busy for most of the day, so she didn’t have time to cook. Instead, she ordered junk food and bought snacks all throughout the day to satisfy her hunger.

Photo: Northeast Tribune

This, of course, only served to make her gain weight. She also tried a few diets, but none of them worked. After a long search, she realized that the actual solution would only cost her $5.

The Solution

The solution came when she learned about Keto, a revolutionary diet that has helped thousands of people. She was skeptical at first but decided to give it a try nonetheless.

Photo: Northeast Tribune

What drew her attention to it was how easy this diet was to follow. All she had to do was commit and stay consistent and the weight started to shed itself.

The Results

Bridie could not believe that she was walking down the aisle wearing the dress of her dreams. She was now half her size, and it was all thanks to Keto.
